Tips:  It’s good practice to keep all software on your computer up-to-date.  This includes all recommended updates for your OS, installed programs (especially Adobe products i.e. Flash, Acrobat) and virus software.  If you have programs installed that you don’t use, it’s advised you uninstall them.

Avoid clicking email attachments from senders you don’t know.  Nearly all email and websites that offer cheap pills, diet supplements, etc. contain dangerous malware and should be avoided.  Filters can be set in Outlook so a lot of these are more effectively sent to Junk mail and you don’t accidently click on them.
